Shipping
Delivery time
We deliver your package within 1 to 2 business days (Mon - Sat). Usually you will receive the package the next day. We pack the goods with care and extra securely, so we can be sure that your items arrive safely. We ship our packages with PostNL and DHL. As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a track & trace code by email, with which you can track your package.
Shipping costs
For shipping within the Netherlands, we charge €4.95 per order. For shipping to other countries in Europe, we charge €9.95 per order. For orders over €60, you pay no shipping costs.
Do you live within a 15km radius of Denekamp? Then we will also deliver the package to your home for free! As soon as you enter your address, this option will appear in the delivery methods.
Returns
Is the item not entirely to your liking? No problem. You can return the package within 30 days from the order date. Please register your return by sending an email to info@lifedeco.nl stating your name, order number, items, and the reason for return. Once you have registered your return, we will send you a return label by email. You can stick this on your package and drop it off at a Post NL location. As soon as we receive your package, we will initiate the refund, and we will deduct 5 euros from the total amount for the return costs.
Right of withdrawal
You have the legal right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. If you exercise this right of return, we will refund the entire order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days after the return.
