Delivery time

We deliver your package within 1 to 2 business days (Mon - Sat). In most cases, you will receive the package the very next day. We pack the goods with care and extra security to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. We ship our packages via PostNL and DHL. As soon as we have posted your package, you will receive a track & trace code by email, which you can use to track your shipment.

Shipping costs

For shipping within the Netherlands, we charge €4.95 per order. For shipping to the EU countries we serve, we charge €7.95 per order. Orders of €60 or more qualify for free shipping.

Do you live within a 15km radius of Denekamp? We will deliver the package to your home for free! As soon as you enter your address, this option will appear among the delivery methods.

Not completely satisfied? No problem. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the last item. Please register your return via info@lifedeco.nl with your name, order number, the items, and the reason for the return, or submit your return via your account. After your notification, we will send you a return label. Drop off the package at a PostNL location. As soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund, deducting €5.00 in return costs.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order or register it for return within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. This return window is extended over weekends and public holidays. After your notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please send an email to info@lifedeco.nl with your name and order number, or submit your request via your account. We will refund the full order amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note: return costs (€5.00) are for your own account and will be deducted from the refund.

You can also cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@lifedeco.nl or cancel via your account.
